Amazing 6 day stay

This condo was the perfect stay for the two of us, there was everything we needed and more. The location of this place was very convenient to the rest of the west side of the island. The grocery store was in walkable distance and we... more used bikes to get around to beaches because the docking station was at the end of the block. The condo is lovely, spacious, mostly well-maintained, the kitchen well-stocked with equipment and all the swim/outdoor supplies were much appreciated. The condo is in a good location on the coast. The only problems were to do with noise, light and an essentially non-functioning garbage disposal.... more Unable to close the higher louvers and with no way to block the light or noise in the early morning, I was awakened far too early. Next door neighbours unfortunately did not follow the rules about no telephone conversations out on the balconies or keeping quiet hours after 10PM. less

Beautiful view from lanai, green environment

For me this is the one of the best place I stayed on Big Island. This condo was clean and confortable.Pleasant interior. I like the beautiful view from its lanai on the top floor with green in front and ocean in the distance. There was... more a plumeria tree right in front of the lanai, with flowers blooming that brought sweet scent which made me happy as I love flowers. I enjoyed a cup of tea or coffee sitting in the lanai in the morning and sunset time -- I could sit there forever.. Birds came to greet me which was adorable. There was cockroach control in the kitchen that was thoughtful. And there was a water pot with filter in the fridge. The room gets rather hot during the daytime but I was out till late afternoon and the weather gets cooler in the morning and evening. There are several steps to upstairs and downstairs but it is not a long distance -- another point that is important for me as I don't want to drag my suitcase for a long distance or several stories. Car park is right in front of the condo that is also very convenient. It is close to Keauhou Shopping Center and sea as well. Enough supply of towels and extra toilet paper in the drawer. One thing is that the bedroom gets bright around 6 am so if one is not an earlybird and need darkness, eyemask is needes. If arrive after dark, room number is on the short pole sticking out from ground which is with lighting. Not very far from the entrance way. less

Great Stay, Nice place and great location

I have been coming to the Big Island for nearly 20 years. I love visiting the Island. This location is super.... it allows and early, beat the outbound traffic to the Captain Cook area since it is right off Ali'i. There is a grocery close,... more surf spot close, and close to Magic Sands too. So location is great.... The condo is perfect for a couple going to Hawaii. Upstairs balcony is a great place to have breakfast, as the condo has a full kitchen and ice maker. We were there in winter, so fans were plenty to keep cool. The weather was perfect. Easy access using the code lock, you never had to look for keys. Towels were new, bedding comfortable and nice neighborhood. I can't recommend enough!! SP less

Perfect Vacation

You couldn’t ask for a better location for the Big Island. Everything you need was close by, from groceries to eating out to the best snorkeling. Easy access to all the major road routes around the island. The condo was perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable... more with wonderful views from the spacious upstairs deck. Great condo, great location and LOVE HAWAII!

This condo was delightful! After a couple minor surprises (bugs), I quickly adjusted to island life. There is not an air conditioner to cool the unit, but that ended up being wonderful because the island air was just perfect! I love fresh laundry scent on... more my sheets and towels, and took it upon myself to freshen the sheets the day after I arrived. Overall, 5 stars, great pool, furniture and kitchen, driving access to the area. Would happily stay in this condo again. Aloha! less

Nicely appointed place to stay

Vince was a great host and has a beautiful 1 bedroom home in a great location. The home includes quality amenities and beach toys too. It is a short 2 minute drive to The View Restaurant which is the perfect place for a sunset dinner.... more It is also a short drive to the Outrigger hotel where you can see manta rays in the evening. We had a great stay :) less
