2 guests maximum regardless of age.  Please do not complete the booking process if you exceed that number.  If you show up to the condo with more than two people, please note, you will not be allowed to stay and you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

The 20% reservation deposit is non-refundable.  If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, this deposit may be applied to a new reservation in the same condo beginning up to one year from the original arrival date.  Non-refundable final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If booking within 30 days of arrival, non-refundable full payment is required. 

A $250 security deposit credit card authorization will be processed shortly before your arrival. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A charge may occur for excessive cleaning required at check-out, damaged or missing condo contents, exceeding the allowed number of two (2) overnight guests, refusal to allow mandatory quarterly pest control services access during routine service calls or non-adherence to check-in/check-out times.

Check-in time is 3 PM or later and check-out time is 11 AM or earlier. The condo will not be accessible prior to 3 PM and cleaners will access the unit right at 11 AM on departure day.
