A $250 security deposit authorization is required with this reservation and we will process a credit card authorization in that amount 7 days prior to your arrival. A charge may result in damage to the condo or contents, missing contents, excessive cleaning required after checkout, or for exceeding the maximum number of overnight guests.
The maximum occupancy is 2 persons including children of all ages. Violations result in the loss of all deposits, immediate eviction, and the loss of the ability to make any future bookings at The Napili Bay.
The initial reservation deposit is non-refundable; however if cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the check-in date, the full initial reservation deposit may be applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability).
Full payment of the rental balance due is required 60 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation made within 60 days of the check-in date results in the loss of all payments.
Please plan your arrival and departure times accordingly. Guests will be charged $50/hour for occupying the condo any time past their scheduled check-out time. An early check-in time or a late check-out time may be available for a fee.
Hurricane, Tsunami, or Storm Policy: No refund will be given unless a mandatory evacuation order has been given by the National Weather Service for Napili and the surrounding area. In the event a mandatory evacuation order is issued we will refund unused portions of rent of a guest currently occupying the property and any advanced rents or deposits collected for a guest that is scheduled to arrive during the evacuation period.

Quiet hours:
While we want you to enjoy yourself during your stay, we also want to be
mindful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between the hours
of 10 pm – 7 am. Please be mindful of your noise regardless of the time of day.

Smoking and
vaping are strictly prohibited in the condo or on the
condo lanai. Doing so will result in the full loss of the security deposit &
immediate eviction. There is a designated smoking area adjacent to the
BBQ.

No pets of any kind are allowed.
·
No outdoor
cooking on the lanai
·
Please do not
rearrange furniture
·
A high-quality, expensive memory
foam mattress (Bergad) is installed in this condo. Waterproof mattress
pads are available. Please use these pads if needed. The full
replacement cost of a new mattress (more than $1000) will be charged if it a
mattress needs to be replaced due to guest negligence
·
Please leave the lockbox key in the
lockbox at all times. There are two
additional keys located inside the unit on the key rack. These keys are also
used for the beach gates at either end of the building and the ice machine in
the laundry hut.
Additional Rules: Please try to keep the condo tidy, place things back where you found them, and let us know if anything is broken or communicate any other issues. Most importantly, have fun!
Check out Procedures:
1.
Return the key to the
lockbox! Housekeepers will need it to
enter the unit.
2.
Remove all linens and
place them on the bed.
3.
Place all used towels
in the laundry basket.
4.
Wash all pots and pans,
put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and turn it ON.
5.
Close and lock all
windows and doors.
6.
Turn off all lights and
fans.
